NDT Technician
Hi. I need advised from all of you. I am working as production tech and need to meet daily outputs at the end of the day. My supervisor and i would argue because i can't meet his daily output, and quality of the product usually neglected. (I have voice notes of him saying to heck care the quality and just give quantity)
Today, my supervisor ask my company intern to gopro with my process. I feel degraded and not respected enough as an employee. Should i resign or talk to the hr.

Resigning might feel like a quick fix, but before that, maybe talk to HR first. Explain your concerns about quality and how it's affecting you and your work. They might have solutions or escalate the issue better

How long have you been working at your current company? I feel that if you can't keep up with his daily output and work quality, better find other job. I mean, to make sure he trust you and feel respected, you should be also perform better. sooo yeaah
