Back then, while I lacked years of experience, I had way more domain expertise than my boss. Im not sure why but i can sense that He felt threatened I guess and boxed me out of important meetings/emails with clients even though they have repeatedly requested my attendance and participation.
I liked the work but knew I had no future as long as I reported under him. I sought out an internal transfer opportunity to another team and couldn’t have been happier.
