I've been working in logistics for 5 years now, and while I truly enjoy the job, I’m starting to feel a bit stuck. 😔 There’s little to no career progression, even though I’ve taken on more responsibilities, there’s no talk of promotion or upskilling. I’ve been loyal to this company, but now I’m wondering, should I start looking elsewhere for growth, or is it better to hang on to a job I actually enjoy? It’s a tough spot to be in especially when my family's growing - gonna become a dad soon.

Congratulations daddy. I 100% understand on what you experiencing now. First, you need to make sure the salary is enough to cover the burden of having a children. Second, this is also important > Work Life Balance and Flexible Work Arrangement. If you feel comfortable working in current company, I believed the salary is OK. Hence, you need to make sure the Second point is also valid in this company as well, as you need to take care your children in future. Make sure the employer is considerate!
