I’ve been thinking about getting into logistics, but I’m not sure what’s actually needed. Do I need a full degree, or will any cert do? I see some people in the field without a logistics-related degree, so now I’m wondering if experience matters more. If I take short courses or certs in supply chain, will that be enough, or is a full degree still the safer bet? Anyone here who got into logistics without a related degree?

Honestly, you can enter logistics without a degree. I know folks who started with just a forklift license or warehouse cert. If you’re keen, try a short course and look for roles like ops assistant or planner. Degree helps later, but not a must at the start.
