Accounting Staff
I’m working in logistics, mostly handling night shifts. But here’s the thing, my company doesn’t give any extra allowance for working nights, which confuses me because I’ve heard some places do. For those who work night shifts in logistics or similar jobs, do you normally get extra pay or allowance? Or is it common not to? Just trying to figure out if I should bring this up with HR or if this is standard. Thanks in advance!

Mann i also dont like doing night shifts. But mostly i knew, company would offer extra pay those who handling night shifts. Have you tried checking with HR about it?
