"Why is shipping delayed?" you know you might be in trouble if client suddenly asking this... Things that client didnt know is that we are controlling global or everything. the Port congestion, raw material shortages, sudden regulation changes—so many things are out of our hands. But somehow, we’re the ones who kena all the complaints. We’re already doing our best, but expectations keep getting more ridiculous

Haha, "Why is shipping delayed?".. this question really.... Wish clients could see the chaos what's happening behind.. Like, do they think we enjoy delays? If we could teleport their goods, we would! Sometimes I just wanna reply, “Because life is hard,” but you know, professionalism.
