People love to complain about late deliveries, but SG’s logistics industry is under insane pressure. Rising costs, manpower shortages, and impossible customer expectations make every day a battle. One small delay? Everything snowballs, and logistics takes the blame. Tech was supposed to help, but some companies just use it to cut manpower while demanding more. With e-commerce booming and regulations tightening, how long before burnout takes over? What should we do to curb this problem?

Totally agree. It’s like we’re running a marathon daily with no water break. Maybe companies need to listen to ground feedback more—what looks good on paper doesn’t always work in real ops.
