I am into a One Year Contract job for almost 3 months. Not really on talking terms with my immediate team. At work, I try my best but feel being an outcast. Didn't join small, casual chat.I don't care that much also as we go have no contacts after work. There's a saying " Your Colleagues are Not Yr Friends. They are just doing the same job for money". Anyway, I ask immediate manager for transfer.

Not every team dynamic works for every person and that's just workplace reality. You've done what you can by raising it formally. Sometimes that's genuinely all you can do 🙂

Some teams just don't gel and forcing it makes everything worse. Good on you for taking action instead of just suffering through it. Update us when you hear back!
