Nobody prepares you for the reality of being a manager. You go from handling your own work to managing everyone else’s problems on top of your own KPIs. Staff resign? Your problem. Office politics? Your problem. Client drama? Also your problem. You always gonna end up being the middle person, either you keeping boss happy or protecting team members.

Ah yes, the glorious "promotion" where you inherit everyone’s problems along with your own. 😂 You go from doing your own job to playing referee, therapist, and firefighter all in one. And somehow, it’s always your fault when things go south. But hey, at least you get… what, slightly better pay and more stress? Love that for us.
