feel you! It can feel like you’re the ‘bad guy,’ but I try to shift the mindset to helping them succeed. I have one-on-one conversations, focusing on their strengths and areas for improvement, with specific action plans. I also remind myself that it’s part of the job. helping people improve is key. As for burnout, it’s important to not take it personally and to delegate when you can.
