Im working as dsa at johor bahru
Im mc for 1 day but i totally forgot to send mc to my manager. On the next day, my manger mentioned that i didnt send my mc on the same day so it’s considered as EL ! Is there any rules like that ? What can i do for that ?

Wah, auto convert to EL? That seems a bit harsh tbh.. I mean, you were genuinely sick with proper MC documentation, just late submitting. Try explaining to your manager nicely cannot?

As long as you have a valid MC from the doctor, it should count as MC regardless of when you submitted it lehh or maybe there's a company policy about submitting within 24-48 hours?
