Does anyone else also facing mid career crisis and how did you resolve it to move forward?
After working for 2 decades in IT niche consulting, accounting and sales in APAC region I am finding it difficult to find a job in Singapore. I am not getting calls for small roles due to the possible reason that I am overqualified. And big roles are a long shot at the moment.
