Oh man, “no roadmap, just vibes” is too real. Startups thrive on flexibility, but there’s a fine line between agility and chaos. If you can, push for some structure.. maybe a lightweight roadmap that accounts for sudden changes. And check in with your team regularly, not just on tasks but on burnout levels. Even a simple “What’s draining you most right now?” can help you adjust workloads before people crash.
