Had a chat recently with a friend who works in a factory, and they shared some concerns about workplace safety 😟 This has make me wonder if Singapore is doing enough to protect their workers. While we’ve got safety measures in place, are they truly sufficient? Are there overlooked areas like regular equipment checks or proper training? Feels like there’s room for improvement. or does your factory have the highest safety measurements in place?

Honestly feel that Singapore is doing okay still, but safety is only as good as how seriously a company takes it. Some places are super strict, while others just do the basics to stay compliant. Training, equipment maintenance, and having a culture where workers feel safe to raise concerns are key. If people are still worried, then maybe there’s more work to be done. Hope your friend stays safe!
