Glad that i have successfully handled more than 10 projects from start to finish. I’ve grown a lot in terms of problem-solving, team coordination, and meeting deadlines. Honestly, I feel ready to take on more...maybe even step into a project manager role. But I’m not sure how to bring this up to my boss in a way that sounds confident, not pushy. Any tips on how to frame this conversation so they take me seriously and consider me for bigger responsibilities?

Try this, "Hi [Boss's Name], I wanted to take a moment to share how much I’ve grown through the projects I’ve handled so far, more than 10 end-to-end. I’ve learned a lot about problem-solving, team coordination & keep up with deadlines. It’s really made me feel ready to take on more responsibility. I’d love to explore the possibility of stepping into a project manager role, or take any tasks that closely with that. Would appreciate your thoughts on how I could work toward that within the team"
