I only had two days to learn sound tech under the name of "OJT". only learn the basic theory never practically done it. apparently people who are under the tech team had few more months to learn it(no experience )and master the art of sound but I only two days because non experience I find it unfair and I just got there . they gave me uniform and name tag now I have to return it back. wasted two day of my journey after taking down notes. when they say training is provided it wasn't provided.

Wow, I’d be annoyed too honestly.. Two days of “training” for something as complex as sound tech and expect you what..? Super not fair siaa..?? Then what happened when you returned them the name tag and uniform?

unacceptable cause that’s just poor management. Throwing someone into a role with two days of training and expecting them to succeed? nonsense.. good that you let go
