Anyone from this community free to share your suggestions, im open to hear ok! I just want to know what process and tools does a procurement or vendor management leader would suggest to use, when facing any vendor risk management?

I’d suggest starting with a simple checklist—financial stability, compliance, delivery history, etc. I use Jira to track risk issues and assign follow-ups. Nothing fancy, but it keeps things from slipping through the cracks.
