Procurement Analyst Mid Level
I’ve been juggling so many procurement tasks on my own, and it’s really starting to take a toll on me. 😩 The workload is heavy, and I feel like I’m drowning in responsibilities. I’m really at my breaking point. How do I tell my boss that I need help dividing the tasks with a colleague or request an assistant? I don’t want to seem like I’m not capable, but honestly, it’s just too much right now. I just need some support before I lose my sanity!

You’re definitely not alone. I’d approach the boss with solutions, like “Can we redistribute X and Y tasks? So i can make it for the deadlines.” not complaining, but you're just proactive
