When working in procurement, sometimes I come across situations that don’t sit right with me. Things like price manipulation or suppliers getting special treatment but I don’t want to report anyone because I believe in solving things privately and maintaining harmony without escalating to higher up. But sometimes I wonder am I doing it right? How do you stay ethical and transparent without making enemies or looking like you're stirring drama at work? Honestly I just want peace for all.

You’re doing your best, and that matters. Not everything has to be a big report or confrontation. Sometimes just flagging something informally or asking for clarification can shift things. Staying ethical doesn’t mean you’re causing drama, it just means you care about fairness. right?
