Procurement Manager
I find it challenging to find a new job. 😔
I have been working in this construction company serving the semiconductor industry for 3 years, started from a procurement executive to a procurement manager but celebration didn't last long.
My company has been relying on one client since the 90s and market behaviour has changed over the years and our business went down due to the competitive market and my boss started to blame me for not having negotiation skill to secure good material pricing.

Man.. that sounds s unfair! Why your boss need to blame you for something beyond your control. A business that only depend on one client is very risky.
