Looking for a good WFH job isn’t as easy as I thought. Many jobs say “remote” but still want you to go to the office sometimes, or they get filled super quickly. I’m still trying to find something that suits my skills and is truly flexible. After becoming a mom, it's very hard for me to leave my needy child at the nursery and had to quit my FT job. Now I'm really hoping to find a remote job that's within SG itself so I dont hv to work odd hours. How do i tailor my resume to be more noticeable?

Yeah, really hard to find out it. It was long months I am searching for WFH jobs with good command English. However, I am not invited anymore interview until now. Instead of giving up, I am finding what skills I need to prepare and how process I need to revise such as cv documenting/job scope/area. As you are in SG, it seems easier to get WFH job than others from outside of SGs. And I think you can consider WFH jobs from US/EU regions, as your English is proficiency. Hope you will get it soon!

Facing the same thing as you now. Being a working mum is tough.

Life is not perfect. Many times we cannot change the environment, so we just have to adapt to it.

Yes! So many “remote” jobs are actually hybrid 😩 I started tailoring my resume by emphasizing tools I’ve used (like Zoom, Slack) :D, and adding freelance gigs as legit work experience, huhuu
