After 2years of working remotely, I’ve realized how much I enjoy the flexibility it gives me. But now, the projects are starting to feel repetitive + growth opportunities are limited. So, I’m exploring new remote opportunities. Question: Do I highlight my remote work experience or focus on my specific skills? And how can I figure out if the new company has solid processes like clear communication & expectations? I don’t want to end up in a remote role where I feel isolated/overworked.

Focus on both! Showcase your skills first but sprinkle in how you’ve successfully managed them in a remote setup anyway it’s a bonus point these days.
