Is it harder to impress interviewers from overseas, like the UK, US, or Australia, compared to Singaporeans? I’ve got an interview coming up and I’m feeling super nervous. Not sure what to expect! I’ve heard that interviewers from these countries might have a different approach or even higher expectations. Is there something specific I should focus on, or how do they typically assess candidates? Anyone here with experience interviewing for remote roles with foreigners? Would love some tips!

I’ve done a few remote interviews with overseas companies, and the key difference I noticed is that they value cultural fit and problem-solving skills more than just technical know-how. Expect open-ended questions where they want to hear how you think, not just what you know. Also, be ready to explain your experience in a structured, concise way. Good luck!
