Warehouse Supervisor
Unpopular opinion: I turned down a job offer that is fully WFH only 😫🙈 Everyone seems to love WFH and remote/flexi work. But for me, I prefer routine, structure and socialising! Do you think I'm being too picky rejecting fully remote job opportunities? 😪 What can i do to make me enjoy WFH?

WFH doesn't' work for everyone. It's good that you are in a position where you can pick employment attributes that match. I think you won't have to wait too long to find an option where you are required on-site for the majority of the week!

Many companies in SG have already transitioned back to working in the office post-COVID, so finding that type of job isn't an issue. The challenge, though, is landing one with a good salary 😮💨.

When you work from home for too long, sure you might feel isolating. Maybe wfh js just not your style haha, there’s no need to force it. Or perhaps hybrid role, you can enjoy a bit of both.
