Sales Manager
As a manager, how do you ensure fairness between remote workers and those coming into the office? From visibility to career opportunities, I don’t want anyone feeling overlooked or thinking one group has it easier. Office workers may feel like they’re picking up extra tasks, while remote employees might struggle with recognition and promotions. Any tips on keeping engagement, performance evaluations, and workload balanced? What strategies have worked for you—or completely backfired?

Operation Supervisor
Honestly, I messed up at first. Office folks got more spontaneous tasks and facetime, and it created resentment. Now I rotate responsibilities fairly and set shared KPIs. Also do monthly 1:1s with everyone to check on well-being and development goals.
