Kinda stuck with remote working dilemma. On one hand, I love the flexibility! Saves time on commuting & lets me manage my day better. But on the other hand, I feel disconnected from my team and sometimes struggle to stay motivated w/o the office environment. It’s like a trade-off between convenience and collaboration. I’m wondering if this is something others face too, and how do you find the right balance? How do I ask for hybrid when there's no office branch set up in here?
