For companies thinking of shifting to remote work (either fully or hybrid), what are the usual things they need to sort out first? Like, is it mostly about cybersecurity, productivity tracking, or do they worry more about culture and communication? I’m just curious what typically goes on behind the scenes before a company says “yes” to remote. Anyone here been involved in the decision-making process or experienced the transition firsthand? What were the main concerns they addressed?

It really depends on the company’s size and culture lor.. security, ways to communicate etc..
