Saw a crazy stat that 79% of CEOs think remote work will be dead in 3 years 😱 In SG, most companies are already back to full-time office, but I’m considered lucky, my company has been fully remote since day one. No commute, better work-life balance… it’s been great. But this stat makes me worry. If they ever switch to full-time office, I don’t know if I could do it. My heart’s just not in it anymore. Would you stay if your company suddenly went fully on-site? Or would you quit?

feel you. I’ve been remote for so long that the thought of returning to a full-time office feels impossible. I’d try negotiating a hybrid arrangement first, but if they insist on full-on site, I might have to say goodbye. Life’s too short to waste hours commuting!
