What’s the main difference in WFH culture between Sg and My? Anyone keen to share your pros and cons from both sides of the border? As someone who's half Malaysian, I sometimes wish I had Malaysian citizenship and Singapore PR—best of both worlds. But yeah i know it's impossible to have it both and honestly things aren't as great here in Singapore either

I’ve had experiences in both countries. Singapore's WFH setup is more organized and standardized, but it comes with tighter deadlines and higher expectations. On the other hand, in Malaysia, the WFH environment feels more relaxed, but it sometimes lacks the tech support or infrastructure you’d get in Singapore. Honestly, it’s a trade-off between convenience and a bit more freedom
