I got a job offer that’s 100% remote, something I’ve been wanting and waiting for a long time. But the salary offered is 20% lower than what I’m earning now. The benefits are so-so, but I keep thinking about the time and money I’d save not commuting. Plus, I don’t need to take MC unless I’m really unwell since I can rest at home and still work. Also, the boss seems more chill than my current toxic one. Have you taken this kind of offer before? Do you regret it? Mind share your experience pls

Switched to remote with a slight pay cut, and no regrets. Well, I save on transport, eating out, and I dont have to think about my work clothes :D But whatever it is, just check the company’s stability before saying yes.
