I’ve been working in retail for a while, and honestly… I think I’m done. The long hours, unpredictable shifts, and constantly being on my feet is really taking a toll on me. I’m grateful for the experience, especially dealing with different types of people, but I don’t see a future here anymore. I want something with better structure and growth. Anyone else made the switch from retail to something more stable? How did you start?

I made the jump last year! From retail to marketing assistant. Took a free online cert and interned for 3 months before getting hired full-time. The structure and work-life balance now? 😙👌 Your skills are valuable, just needs a little redirect :)
