If a company makes a verbal/written promise abt a salary adjustment after a certain period but nvr follows through, is it still reasonable to bring it up yrs later? On one hand, it feels like the opportunity might have passed, but on the other, the agreement was never honored despite consistent performance & taking on more work. Would raising it now risk damaging ur position/reputation, or is it better to address it directly regardless of the time that’s passed? How you handle this situation?

Honestly, it’s a bit tricky. Bringing up something from years ago could make management defensive, especially if people have changed or policies shifted. But you can push for an adjustment based on present contributions.
