Judging from my family members who work in the Public Sector, you do get better securities there and if you perform well, compensation packages are not too shabby too. But I feel the ownership of their work and that energy isn't there. In the Private Sectors, albeit-can be more stressful, it feels more lively because you kind of have to take more ownership of the work with stakeholders on your tails.
