Need Advice: The Salary Listed in my Formal Offer Letter is $1.5K Higher Than the Verbal Agreement Any advice on how best to proceed? Should I use their error as leverage to re-negotiate, blindly accept it and let them sort it out, or just be honest and have them revise to the originally agreed to amount?

Wow that’s quite a huge gap.. but honestly, just ask them if the amount stated is correct so that no further issue during the payout later 😊

Being upfront with HR is the way to go. Mistakes happen, and it's best to address them professionally.

I'd recommend open communication. It's better to clear up discrepancies early

Definitely have to be honest haha tho it is very tempting. But just to prevent having issues in the future!
