Break for 3 + years for personal reasons.
Looking to get back to work now.
What salary will be right as per your opinion?

that's also what I was thinking .. there is no clear slary guidelines for a job function in Singapore rather it is now tied to the industry one works in.. this was not the case previously usly I think ?
of course a vak and investment institute may pay above market standards but in my view there should be a standard . what's ur view ? now considering we remove banking and investment?
