Just realised I’m earning more than my colleague, but I’m doing less work. 😓 I feel guilty because they’ve been around longer and know the job better. The only reason I’m making more is because I have a degree, and they don’t. Honestly, it feels wrong. But it also serves as a reminder that having a degree can really make a difference in how you’re valued in the workplace. Anyone else ever feel this way? How do you handle the guilt without sounding like you're bragging or ungrateful?

Yeah, I’ve felt that guilt too. But I’ve learned not to let it paralyse me. Everyone’s on a different path, and sometimes the best thing you can do is quietly lift others up. Doesn’t mean you didn’t earn your spot right :)
