Let's talk about the buzzwords we hear in marketing daily. As someone working in the industry, I’ve come across my fair share. Some buzzwords are useful, while others just make me roll my eyes. For instance, "astroturfing" – this term, which refers to fake grassroots campaigns, always makes me cringe. 🤮 It just feels like a shady tactic that undermines trust. Which marketing buzzwords do you use regularly, and which ones drive you nuts/make you annoyed?

I used to say “low-hanging fruit” all the time… until I realised how annoying it sounds 😅 Now I try to keep it real. But “user-generated content” is a keeper for me still one of the best ways to build authentic trust.
