hit KPIs, push harder, close more deals. My manager calls it “motivation,” but some days, it feels more like a slow burnout. I get that goals are necessary, but when the numbers keep going up with zero breathing space, mann i cannot weh. How do you handle the pressure?

Ah yes, the classic “motivation” that just feels like corporate gaslighting hnestly 😅 It’s one thing to push for results, but if it’s non-stop, even the best performers burn out. I try to pace myself.. work smarter, not just harder. Also, if the company expects you to always do more without any support or downtime, maybe the real KPI should be finding a better workplace. 😬
