Since January, sales have been bad for me. No matter how hard I push, I can't meet the target. Every check-in with my boss feels like a performance review, and I can tell they’re getting impatient. I’m trying different strategies but nothing works! The pressure is insane, and I’m starting to question if it’s just a slow period or if I’m incompetent. How do you handle months like this?
