This year, I’m choosing to let go what didn’t work from my previous experience. I’m focusing on what’s ahead because the future waits for no one. I promise myself that I won’t dim my expectations or lower my standards just to feel “safe".

I feel you totally. Been doing that for last few years trying to find an ideal company. But honestly things don come easily. End up, I’m branded as a “job hopper “ now. Take my tried and tested advise, stay on same company for 2-3 years and find another better if you can. Do not leave a company without a job.

umm, honestly the job market is not it rn. I've been searching for months with the same mindset and it's exhausting. Fair pay AND growth AND healthy culture?! That's like finding a unicorn 😭 Maybe lower those expectations a bit so you don't end up disappointed.. like me
