Sometimes I wonder... how do you really know if you’ve become a better worker? Is it just about praise from your boss or hitting KPIs? I've been more consistent, more proactive, and less afraid to speak up during meetings... but imposter syndrome still creeps in. 🥲 I want to believe I'm making good progress, but what are the signs that truly matter? Internal growth? Confidence? Or just cold hard results? Curious to hear how others measure their own improvement at work.

Imposter syndrome always creeps in.. It’s not just about KPIs or praise. Internal growth, like feeling more confident, speaking up, or taking initiative, shows real progress. The fact that you’re reflecting on it means you’ve already improved 😊
