Do you set personal OKRs or monthly goals for your own work development? I just started working recently, but I’m the type who plans long term where my dream is to become a manager within 5 years time. I know I sound very ambitious, but I believe with the right mindset and discipline, it’s possible. Right now I set monthly goals like mastering certain skills, building connections, and improving efficiency. Anyone else do this too? Or got tips to help me structure them better? Thanks!

Used to set OKRs when I first started, but then I realised I was overloading myself and it was overwhelming istg. Now I keep it simple: 1 growth skill, 1 relationship, and 1 result each month. Keeps me focused without burning out.
