Join an SI Company recently. Required to take Endpoint Examination within 1st 3 months. This is actually good for us as self development. Equip us with the skill sets and knowledge which benefit us even if we leave the company. It could also add pressure to us. What do you say?

Actually think of quitting the IT industry as need to take certification exams and to stay updates to the latest technologies. My resume profile show IT experience and get noticed again. Can study during work hour. Claim back the exam fees also. Not too bad.

I actually think the pressure is a good thing? Keeps me accountable. Without a deadline I'd probably just procrastinate...

Mixed feelings tbh. Love the upskilling part, but exams stress me out lol. At least it's not like "pass or you're out" vibes.. pressureee haha
