How do you get back on your feet when life and work have completely drained you? I’m talking about that kind of burnout where you're not just tired... you’re defeated. Every small task feels too big. You're depressed, unmotivated, and honestly… just lazy to do anything anymore. It feels like you’ve lost yourself. I used to have so much drive, but now even waking up every morning is...HARD.
