Issue:
Been in my current role for a year now, but I’m starting to wonder if my salary is in line with market standards for my position in SG. I’ve checked online salary surveys, but some figures seem a bit off depending on the source. Is $4,500 reasonable for an Exec with 1 year of experience? How do I figure out if I’m underpaid or just in line with industry norms?
