I’ve been with this company for 3 years, and this is the 1st time I’m hearing there will be no increment/bonus next year due to company's cutting cost. My boss even said we should fee "lucky" that no one got laid off because they’re being considerate & thoughtful, so we cannot complain. Honestly, IDK how to feel about this. Definitely demotivating & demoralizing after putting in so much efforts. Now HOW do I keep myself excited to come to work everyday knowing there'll be NO increment & bonus??

I know it's disappointing for sure. mmm, maybe use this as a chance to focus on what YOU can control instead, like learn new skills, take on projects that genuinely interest you, build relationships. Sometimes the best growth comes from investing in yourself rather than waiting for external validation. Your efforts still matter, just redirect them toward your own development!

That's genuinely disrespectful. No increment after 3 years means you're technically taking a pay cut with inflation. And they want you to feel GRATEFUL? Nah. Leave is the answer 🤔🤔🤔

That's genuinely demotivating, and your boss's response makes it worse. Haizzz
