Does anyone else feel like a diversity interviewee? Like they interview locals but just for the sake of it. I have evidences of X countrymen hiring their own.

That’s a tough feeling to sit with, and you’re definitely not alone in thinking that way. Bias, whether intentional or not, there's always exist in some hiring processes. Not everyone really speak up abt it. If you genuinely feel discriminated against or have evidence, you can consider raising it to the appropriate channels or support bodies. Everyone deserves a fair shot based on merit, not background.
