"Can you just add one small feature?" and next thing you know, you're rewriting half the codebase. 😩 The life of a developer in SG is all about Jira, constant bug fixes, and never-ending user acceptance testing (UAT). Clients want magic, but they don't always understand the effort or the timelines involved. How do you manage expectations while avoiding burnout? Would love to hear how others navigate this balancing act between delivering quality work and taking care of your own well-being.
