Junior Technician
Feel like a technician, planner, and admin all rolled into one!
I sign up to fix things, not to spend hours doing paperwork. But nowadays, being a technician also means reporting, updating Excel, chasing for parts, and writing emails to people who don’t reply. 😮💨 Not complaining about the job, but it’s starting to feel like I’m doing three roles at once. Anyone else in the same boat? How do you juggle all these extra tasks without burning out?

Ah, I’ve been in the same boat! It’s frustrating when the job expands like that. I try to break down tasks into manageable chunks, and I don’t hesitate to push back when I feel overloaded. Also, finding small wins in organizing or automating some of the paperwork helps. U have to also take care of urself too yah!
