Since i taking this technician job. I always busy around the clock like troubleshooting machines, doing preventive maintenance, and responding to breakdowns. By the time I get home, I’m too drained to study or pick up new skills. I want to move up, maybe into an engineering or specialist role, but how do you upskill when there’s literally no time? How can i break out of this routine??

Sounds like you’re in a non-stop cycle, which makes upskilling feel impossible. Any chance you can delegate small tasks or optimize workflows to free up a bit of time? Even squeezing in 30 mins a few times a week can add up. If work really leaves you drained, maybe it’s worth considering a less intense role that allows time for growth.
